Pros

Detailed training, friendly colleagues, feedback that can help you be better. You can have unlimited breaks - but you're closely monitored every second (not minute, seconds) and every missing minute work overtime.

Cons

Even though you have good sales, the system that determines your commission is ridiculous. You only receive commission for activated services, which usually activate after two weeks. This means you might have decent commissions at the beginning of the month, but the last one or two weeks will significantly reduce them—often to zero. To make better money, you might have to find ways to "pretend to work," such as taking a holiday at the end of the month. It's completely demotivating. As a result, your salary is often just your base income, which is around 20,000 Kč—laughable. They try to motivate you by imposing financial penalties if you fail to ask customers specific questions, even when those questions don’t make sense. You can’t defend yourself; they simply give you a "malus" with smirks on their faces. You’re required to switch to break mode even if you just need to use the bathroom, get some water, or simply stand up from your station. They try to make you as miserable as possible.
