Business Outlook
Pros
-there is a whole team dedicated to professional development and training -work life balance, unlimited PTO -direct manager is very thoughtful and listens to my ideas (I see many reviews about bad management but want to note that it is not all managers!) -fantastic coworkers -fast growing -great compensation package
Cons
-because it is a startup, there can be many changes, sometimes things change weekly; sometimes you have to be able to "go with the flow" and pivot quickly -unfortunately, Provi had to do layoffs recently; while communication could have definitely been handled better around it, I do understand why it needed to happen
