the only thing that let me stayed for the company for years was because of the healthy environment/co-workers. it is a good training ground especially if you're still a newbie.

the management wouldn't value you even if you have contributed a lot in the company. the salary is also not for long-term. it is very low considering the rising economy in cebu city.
