One of the strongest aspects of Proxify is their well-structured and transparent interview process. Every step is clearly defined, and everyone involved throughout the process was supportive and helpful. What I especially appreciated is that the support continues even after you start working. They actively help engineers prepare for client meetings and even provide sessions with HR professionals covering communication tips, best practices, and common dos and don’ts. I found these sessions genuinely useful. So far, the clients I’ve worked with have been respectful and professional. I never felt treated as “just an external contractor,” which shows that Proxify manages client relationships carefully and respectfully on behalf of their engineers. Another great benefit is their support for professional development, including certifications in areas like AI, AWS, and other technologies.
