This is one of the most family orientated, kind, compassionate firms I have ever worked for as everyone pulls together to support each other. Recently there was an employee in the firm who was creating a lot of toxicity and tried to poison others about the company and culture. Management still tried to better improve his work environment and to no avail this employee made up false allegations about the company and employees.. It’s unfortunate that there are people in this world that do anything they can to create hardship on others when they’ve made their own mistakes. It is like a child who cannot admit their own wrongdoing and wants to blame everyone else. I truly love working here as it is one of the best places I have worked. One individuals negativity should not reflect this wonderful organization. This company is the best!!
Cons
Management addresses deficiencies in the workforce unfortunately they give too many opportunities for people to correct themselves and when they don’t, it impacts the entire team. When people are not performing, we should be let go.
