      Staff is outstanding to work with.

      Cons

      Lowest paid district around. Staff spread very thing. Stepping stone for other districts and nothing ever done about it. Can't find subs so teachers have to sub during their plan time.

      Administration looks for ways you are succeeding and genuinely want you to be the best teacher you can be. Diverse student body with some real superstars.

      Cons

      Low pay. New teachers often come to use our district (consolidated) as a training ground to go work at another district close by that pays significantly more than ours.
