Management, which is very toxic internally. They know "social justice language" (partially written by employees who were pushed out) but do not put it into practice. As a result, turnover was high.
They also claim to be based in New Orleans while only one or two employees actually live there. This is a common tactic for nonprofits who want to fundraise and tell stories in the name of New Orleans while not actually investing in it.
