Pros
I've never been part of a team with more energy and commitment to one another and a mission that means something. If you care about making government better and work amounting to more than a paycheck, you're in good company.
Cons
Being close with customers and teammates sometimes leads to jumping back into work outside of normal work hours. It's not necessarily expected, but enough of us jump in to help out that each person ultimately has to create their own balance.
