Pros

Good working environment from the agency based at, people at the agency were lovely to work with but no so much with resources

Cons

poor salary, you give your all and get nothing in return. The company used to be a great place to work but then new management arrived and took a passive aggressive approach, almost bullying tactics making employees feel anxious and not motivating staff. The IT department is the only department in resources that refuse to pay sick pay, so be careful on where you choose to work, they make the rules up as they go along. I was made to feel very pushed out when I handed my notice in so that I would leave earlier I had never had a disciplinary in the whole time I was there yet when I left they felt the need to bring me into a meeting which was completely undeserved, I worked so hard at that place and was left feeling extremely upset and bullied. awful way to treat people.

Pros

Company takes pride in fostering team building and support They seem to be very open to inclusive hiring practices without becoming what the media claims DEI to be The intangible benefits (PTO, Parental Leave, etc) are very good

Cons

The company is not overly competitive in terms of salary or insurance benefits or bonus. At the end of the day, they are an advertising company and some might have moral hesitation to support some of the clients they have The organization is very large and very disjointed with all of the agencies underneath not communicating with each other very well
