      Busy, Good tips, Take Breaks on the beach

      Cons

      Understaffed, Dirty Kitchen, Tip share issues, Work 10+ hours on weekends with only 1, 30 minute break, management is not efficient with expo or assisting servers, pay issues, regularly sat 3-5 times in a row

      Pros

      It's always busy - what else do you really need at a restaurant? Its a beast of a restaurant and the ocean view is bar none.

      Cons

      It can be so busy with an unexperienced host staff, leading to un-sequenced seating and overloading.

      Free food during lunch break and tips aren't bad

      Cons

      Everything else. Mainly terrible management. Restaurant is constantly understaffed which leads to employees doing many jobs that are not in your original job description.
