Good Benefits, specially the health plan, good retirement plan, many overtime, work at your will, extreme situations with the sistem, so you develope the ability off being very creative to resolve problems and you can work with sistems like Cuba.
Cons
To much politics. Very buracratic agency, low moral of employee, to much corruption. poor management and managerial organization, need more employees,nobody care about efficiency.
