Business Outlook
Pros
Some colleagues were supportive and genuinely tried to do a good job despite difficult conditions. The company has potential if senior leadership took staff feedback seriously and focused on fair, transparent management practices.
Cons
There’s a noticeable culture of favouritism… progression and job security often depend on being in certain circles rather than performance or ability. HR appears closely aligned with senior leadership, which makes it hard to raise genuine concerns or expect impartial treatment. Performance management is inconsistently applied and can feel like a process of being “managed out” rather than developed. Communication from management is often unclear and unprofessional, and decisions can feel arbitrary.
