Pros

-competitive salary/above market value -good health insurance -remote

Cons

-Financially bankrupt: if you're in the US, I wouldn't recommend joining their sales team. It's very apparent they were over ambitious about the US market and after a year, are failing to afford their team. Upon being hired, three team members "left" the same week and my entire team was new. - No commission: self explanatory. High pay, but no commission coming through or rarely for BDRs. Commission structure isn't amazing and a bit disorganized. -Poor management : micromanaging and poor communication between upper and lower management & often condescending. Mainly due to no BDR manager. -Small team in the US. No team culture and not a collaborative environment. Not ideal for sales. Maybe saw my coworkers twice a week . -Virtually no support for the US team with HR, IT, or Upper management primarily due to the departments being abroad + long time differences.

Pros

Fun space to work in (social media), young and tech savvy clientele.

Cons

Healthcare is garbage if you live in the US, and if you get laid off, they'll take your healthcare away EOD the day you get laid off and not send you any COBRA options for at least a week, leaving you completely uninsured with no notice. One month severance. Global team does not care about accessibility when it comes to remote colleagues, frequently talking over one another in group meetings so that anyone online cannot hear anything, making meetings cliquey and unproductive. Sales wildly oversells the product leading to disappointment in the kickoff/training. Product has really significant issues and downtime but the already overwhelmed support team has been cut in recent layoffs. Pay is incredibly low, and OTE is not attainable with the number of issues the product has. No raises in span of working there, even after Cost of Living discussions in annual reviews. They will gladly ask for more work from you but will not give you more money for it.
