Pros
The company had lost its way in the past with individuals only caring about themselves. Now the company is clearly focused on winning in the marketplace, focused on the customer and the results show this.
Cons
The changes have been difficult but necessary. The management team tend to be dispersed and traveling all the time. A greater emphasis needs to be put on keeping everybody on the same page.
