You may need to work long hours because of time difference with far east locations but everyone is involved.

Full time employee at Pulse. Great company to work for if you are open to changes, if you listen to and do what you say you will do. The golden years are gone indeed, where nobody had to commit to anything and hide behind their cubicles...Employee benefits are far better compared to similar companies in the same area. Rewards will come automatically If you are self driven and do not require babysitting to move forward. Highly recommend this company if you want to participate to the next big thing and have a positive attitude. There is a captain onboard, and the ship is back above the sea level. All is great !

There are none, if you consider that being flexible, being able to work hard, being able to think outside the box, being able to travel, being able to talk to customers, being able to motivate your team, being able to talk about the products you design, being able to listen to general guidelines, being able to share knowledge is a part of your job.
