Everyone, regardless of their level, has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully. There's a genuine sense of teamwork, and collaboration is not just encouraged but comes naturally. Management is approachable, and there's a clear emphasis on ensuring that everyone feels valued and heard. I've found that my ideas and contributions are respected, no matter my position in the company.

Compensation could better reflect the level of effort required.
