      Pros

      You get to meet some great down to earth members with interesting stories to their fitness journeys. Classes were fun to participate in!

      Cons

      The hours are very unsociable, you are constantly cleaning, you have to work 2 weekends a month, there is hardly any cover for when someone goes on holiday so sometimes you may have to take their classes as well.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
