      Cons

      They charge £550 in rent to personal trainers who are on contract. This means that you start the month at a £90 loss! Even though you're a personal trainer, you spend most of your time on shifts doing cleaning!

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
