      -Exclusion of staff benefits to wider teams. -Exclusion of "Company-wide awards". -Lack of progression and development. -Promotions given to the most personally liked, rather than the most qualified or suitable. -Lack of communication. -Seriously poor pay, other than for those in management positions.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
