      - The team of PTs is nice

      Cons

      - workload increases, little to no support on managing it - no regard for wellbeing - working hours can be changed last minute and you’ve got nothing to say - progression exists but you need to be willing to play friends with upper management - made to feel as a lesser manager at times

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
