Pros
There’s definitely an opportunity to grow with the company. Plenty of promotions to be handed out to those who deserve it. Obviously only the best of the best are chosen for a promotion so competition naturally arises.
Cons
The negative reviews aren’t entirely wrong. Management have had their problems in the past (terrible problems). Seeing improvements on this across the board. That said, there’s most certainly more work to be done.
