A muddled chain of command made progress slow and unnecessarily complicated - Front End Developer PureCode Software Employee Review

Pros

The one predictable thing was the office printer- it never resisted requests, unlike the leadership.

Cons

The most frustrating part was how unclear the hierarchy was. Guidance came from different people who rarely agreed with one another, and instructions shifted depending on who happened to speak last. You'd complete tasks exactly as told , only to learn that someone else overruled the direction moments later. This constant back-and-forth created a loop of rework that destroyed productivity and left employees unsure whose direction actually mattered.

Pros

The company presents itself as an AI coding agent for legacy systems, claiming to help clients manage and modernize .NET, Java, and C++ codebases.

Cons

- The work environment is unbearable, filled with fear and exhaustion. Employees are expected to be available around the clock, leaving no trace of work-life balance. - Anyone who dares to speak up or question unfair treatment is shown the door without hesitation. - Leadership rules through intimidation, teaching everyone to stay silent and compliant rather than address problems. - Team relationships are poisoned by blame and mistrust. People throw each other under the bus just to survive, and no one cares who gets destroyed in the process. - Appreciation is nonexistent. Going above and beyond is met with indifference, as if hard work means nothing.
