Pros

Locations Lincoln Park and Skokie People you work with. You learn good and sound information in regards to lighting and lighting controls.

Cons

Pay is absurd, it's like prying teeth. Yearly reviews are a joke, never any talk of a raise and bringing it up will cost you a good ten to fifteen minutes of you getting told why it won't happen and then your manager making a joke of it. CEO. How to explain him, JEKYLL AND HYDE!!!! He has no management experience when it comes to people. He will make sure to tell you that he is the only one who can make a decision and that anything you do is ALWAYS wrong. No growth. You will be put in a position for years and years with no possibility of growing into anything. Turnover is atrocious. Managers and VP's have no say so, it's either the CEO's way or the highway.
