Pros

If you don’t like collaboration or you prefer to be bored and unchallenged, this definitely isn’t the place for you. Working at PureEdge means diving into a world where creativity and collaboration go hand in hand. There’s a real sense of shared success and pride in what we create together. It’s fast-paced, inspiring, and full of opportunities to learn something new every day. The people make the difference here. It’s a group that genuinely supports one another, celebrates wins big and small, and pushes each other to grow. The environment encourages new ideas, embraces challenges, and values teamwork at every level. If you’re looking for a place where your work feels meaningful and collaboration is at the heart of everything, PureEdge Lighting is exactly that.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may feel challenging at times—but it’s part of what keeps things exciting.

Pros

The company has great people working there that know how to do their job and given the environment are able to do their job under high pressure. The product itself is both interesting and fun to work with.

Cons

The owner makes it very hard to do your job. He is the only one allowed to do anyone's job. Everyone has to get his final say on something and even if it's completely right he will often change something that is unnecessary simply so he can say it's his. There is only one employee at PureEdge and that is the owner. Everyone else are his do-it people. Because of this, it bottlenecks the work. It sets everyone's work behind because they are waiting on his approval. I've literally seen lines outside his door, of people waiting just to get a yes or no so they can move on to their other work that by this time is way behind. Don't get me wrong, he is a brilliant man who knows the industry but he is also a stubborn person and the most difficult person I have ever worked with. Turnover rate is absurdly high. Many good employees are pushed out or quit simply cause they can not work with him.
