They Forgot the Community - PSSA PureView Health Center Employee Review

Management is secretive leaving the staff fearful of what is coming next. Is my job safe. They let you think you are involved in the decision making when in fact the decision has already been made. The community has been forgotten let alone the community of staff who are supposed to be working together.
