      Open book management Beautiful office - 750 acres of trails in backyard Work/life balance supported Unlimited growth opportunities Mature management with history of success Open communication Work hard, be reward. Slack and you will like it. Extremely generous management team with great energy and tons of opportunities Incredible opportunities to work with senior people from Fortune 50 Companies

      Intensity can be tough Business is very volitile due to customer base Complex business model requires high intellect It’s a start-up - is not for everyone

      Pros

      The location is great if you live south. There are always snacks in the kitchen, and they are flexible with vacation and working from home.

      Cons

      This place is a joke. They have lots of "start-uppy" perks that are awesome, but it ends there. Some management and employees are disrespectful towards female employees in a way that makes it hard to do their job. Managers are difficult to work with, and they expect so much without doing their part or giving you any information. When upper management messes up, it becomes the fault of the employees, sometimes to the point of letting people go. They are still figuring out what kind of company they want to be and it shows.
