Cons
Managers with poor leadership skills offering little feedback on employees’ performances. Micromanaging and dictating to employees instead of motivating them. Very poor planning from product management driving unrealistic deadlines within Engineering. No growth opportunity for employees, nor are they trusted. Infighting between two departments that is continually ignored by senior management. Near a train track and can be a problem at times. Parking is problematic is you are late person or if you leave at lunch. Not many places around for lunch.
