Pros
I've had a positive experience working for this company. They offer a flexible working policy, which is a big plus. You're able to choose the hours that suit you, making it easy to balance work and personal life. The hybrid work arrangement is also great—2 days working from home and 3 in the office, which strikes a nice balance between remote and in-person work. The benefits are solid. I particularly appreciate the extra day off on my birthday and not having to work on Christmas Eve—it's those little touches that make a difference and show they care about employees' well-being. The city centre location is convenient, especially for grabbing lunch, though it can be a bit hard on the wallet! The open-plan office is modern , making it a nice place to work. All in all, it’s a good company to be part of, and I've enjoyed my time here.

There is no parking but there are plenty of buses so it's not really a con.
