We believe in trusting our employees and giving them autonomy over their workload and their work day. We find this approach works for the majority of our dedicated team of more then 85 people in our Sydney HQ and nearly 200 employees around the world. We work collaboratively and everyone gets a say although not everyone gets to make the decisions. KPI's are set based on the output of the entire team and reviewed regularly. Occasionally, if there are people that are unable to achieve their expected outputs we will do whatever we can in terms of training and support to help that person meet the expectations that the rest of the team are doing. The culture in the Sydney office has changed over the last two years - we have a new CEO Nic Jones as well as having brought on two other small businesses - Cohort Global and Sparcmedia. We are now all in one office making up 85 staff in total. Yes life has changed - and it's good, exciting change. Lots of growth. And we believe the majority of our employees are part of that journey and will make the new culture and new chapter of Pureprofile, even better than it was before.
