      Remote working is the only pro

      Cons

      Horrible leadership. The CEO is complete fraud. He will promise you something but never live upto his words. Salary is never on time. Ceo will randomly deduct salary and then justify with stupid reasons which he expects people to take.

      Great in-house team to work with, felt welcomed from day one.

      Cons

      1. No proper policies to follow and keep changing according to the company's convince. 2. Too much micromanagement. 3. Set's unachievable targets, which really messes up work life balance.

      Pros

      Great Company to work with also It is a good place to work and learn grow yourself fast. Senior colleagues are very cooperative. Friendly family atmosphere, very different to anywhere else I've worked. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and make the role your own :)
