      Shaky structure since merger with Orange Theory Uncertainty of future due to recent layoffs Insurance has gone way down since the merger. Premium has increased and coverage has decreased

      Not even sure the salary is worth sacrificing your entire life for this position.

      Cons

      - Working late nignts is completely normal here. - Expect to lose most weekends and deal with your manager calling you at any hour of any day! - This position is extremely exhausting. - The workload is unbelievably demanding. - Management is completely unreasonable!
