      Monthly lunches, break room snack store, occasional free swag, once in a blue moon creative freedom

      Cons

      Having to constantly provide receipts (emails, screenshots) as proof that work had been completed when accused otherwise, not being heard in meetings, being talked about behind your back amongst coworkers/superiors instead of to your face if an issue arose, lack of organization, nonexistent communication

      Pros

      Its a fun work environment with fun people. I never do the same thing 2 days in a row, everyday is different in some capacity.

      Cons

      You will cover a wide range of responsibilities and as a result you will learn a wide range of skills. If wearing multiple hats and a small company atmosphere isn't for you, then you are missing out.
