Good for short time. Smart teams and interesting work - Associate Putnam Employee Review

Someone reported their case leader to HR for obvious harassment (leader had a track record). Got fired before it could be concluded. CEO brags about impressing his Dutch friends with his 80 hour work weeks (?). Had 20+ partners 4 years ago now maybe half. My mentor says partners leaving is a big signal.
