      Pros

      PyraMax values their employees and isn't afraid to show it publicly and monetarily; everyone is very friendly and helpful; very good benefits; we have dog day every other week which is a big favorite among employees

      Cons

      Not really any, but if I had to nitpick I would say it's hard to sit in a cubicle all day, but on the flip side I think it looks bad to be wandering around besides the occasional coffee/water refill or bathroom break

      Pros

      Pyramax Bank is a great employer with an excellent employee benefits package and has a strong commitment to work-life balance. The company invest in its employees and provides real opportunities for growth within the organization. The management team is approachable, supportive, and open to new ideas and positive change. I am very happy to be a part of such a great organization.
