Pros

I loved working here. They promoted a fun work environment that let you grow professionally and was very flexible. I moved on because I had outgrown the position and I kind of wished I stayed because my next job sucked so bad. However that new job pushed me to get where I am now. The best part is seeing the rest of the team grow and collaborate on projects as well. For a small business, they provide great benefits, decent pay, reasonable flexible hours, and snacks! If you manage your expectations of what job/career you are at, it could be a stepping stone or a career that you get to work with some great people. Did I mention snacks?

Cons

I can't remember at the moment. I'm sure there are some because no job is perfect but its all about your expectations.

Pros

Great communication, Great atmosphere for learning, growing and advancing your knowledge, Incredibly friendly and fun team of professionals to work with. I spent a year at Pyramide and was privileged to work with and learn from some of the most welcoming and skilled video production professionals in the business today. Management was always willing to listen and was very transparent about the standing of the company. Even now, nearly two years after my tenure with the company, I maintain a great relationship with the team. They're some of my favorite people in the state of Washington. Additionally, when clients use Pyramide for their projects, they get way more than their money's worth. The company always goes above and beyond for their clients and employees, challenging themselves to be more creative with each new project.

Cons

Occasionally lengthy shoot days requiring longer than normal hours and the one off weekend crunch but that's video production anywhere and with anyone.
