The owners love to boast about great benefits. YES BUT: "Great retirement plan." YES BUT they don't match contributions at all... 0% matching! "Great PTO." YES BUT they give the bare minimum number of holidays and employees are working even when the main client has holidays "Great health plan." YES BUT the company pays 0% of your premiums... Family PPO plan is $1000 dollars out of pocket and again Pyrovio does not help with it at all so good luck Salaries are not competitive and they only pay once a month and promotions only once a year
