Weekly demos are here to showcase your work and if there is nothing to show, nobody points fingers and there is zero pressure to perform. The team and management assumes good intention.

* Lack of technical challenge (simple product) * Bland product * Unclear milestones It is hard to take pride in a B2B product that solves a pretty basic challenge of people and project management. The product is so simple that I don't see potential for growth, the team is under 10 developers as of October 2019 and I think that count is as high as possible for everyone to have something to work on.
