Poor management. They only care about themselves and their buddies. No opportunity for growth (unless your on the buddy list). Some employees can do whatever they want, while others are constantly harassed. Pay is not competitive with similar companies. Unqualified people are constantly put into leadership roles. A few good employees there, but they are overworked and have to make up for the pets. 20 minute breaks for production workers are not normal when compared to other companies. The biggest drama filled work place I have ever worked for.
