Pros

great pay, flexibility, work life balance, retirement plan, understanding leadership, great CEO, positive work environment, happy place. company has a bright future. very forward thinking and a leader in the registry world. they are doing it right.

Cons

the company is growing so there are some communication growing pains, no doubt this will get fixed under the new leadership positions opening up. the health insurance benefits are expensive.

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
