Pros

Flexibility, kind & supportive coworkers, decent pay, remote work (no more commuting to work or pre-making lunches!), generous HSA contribution benefit, low stress compared to in-hospital work, great for work-life balance.

Cons

Managers need to be trained to have better communication & management skills (the biggest con that affects me), insurance is not as generous as I've had before, 401k match could be better (max 3% match), need to give 2 weeks notice for time off due to scheduling staff to meed client deadlines.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback and for your contributions to our team! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re surrounded by kind and supportive coworkers and are enjoying a number of our benefits—especially work-life balance! Regarding your comments about management communication styles: while we recently launched an enhanced, comprehensive management training program to ensure all leaders are equipped to provide best-in-class support, I’d like to see what we can do to better understand your particular experience and how we might be able to improve it. I encourage you to send a note to our People Team at peopleoperationssupport@q-centrix.com. I’m also available to talk privately if you’d like to reach out to me directly. Thank you again for your feedback! I hope we have the opportunity to connect soon. Eve Hersh

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
