      Pros

      Rarely do you have to work over the weekend. Hours are strictly 9-6.

      Cons

      There is constant bullying from the top management. Disrespectful comments are often shared openly in the environment. Being politically correct does not exist here. No real growth to be offered in positions or in salary.

      Pros

      They listen to your needs and career goals, they get the castings you want them to get, but by FAR the biggest pro, is that they are one of the only agencies I’ve been with that understand and respect that you have a life. They are eager to book you out when you need to and don’t push.

      Cons

      Smaller agency, and that, of course, comes with smaller agency cons. They don’t have the reach that bigger ones do, but it’s evened out with the focus.
