The corporate culture is open and welcoming to ideas, input and feedback Compensation is well in line with the industry and comparable employers Training opportunities are continually offered allowing for employees to continue to learn and grow Benefits are better than most other companies - they really try to create a sense of work life balance Company Values are : Respect for the individual, Think out of the box, Individual Ownership and Community Support Wonderful opportunity for not only seasoned/experienced professionals but also for entry level employees that are looking to build a lasting partnership with their employer.

Cons

While no company is perfect - the only thing that could be mention as a Con is that the current corporate office is running out of space and therefore the office arrangements are needing to be upgraded - which will be the case in the upcoming new facilities.
