The interview was very informative and productive. Shannon was a great interviewer and provided a clear picture of the position, company and potential next steps. The company, product and team are working to make a difference and Shannon was a great example of the friendly and professional culture.

None that I am currently aware of.

I started with Q30 toward the end of June ('21) and have been pleasantly surprised at the foresight and knowledge of the founders as well as the direction of the company. We are progressive and growing fast, building as we go which is challenging and fun. There is still a lot to learn, and what's great is that we're all becoming experts together as we learn under the execs who have been working on this product for years. I feel trusted to bring my skills and talents to the table and look forward to seeing how this company looks a year or more from now!

Not so much a con, but if you are seeking a position where there are already systems and processes in place for most things, a startup of any kind is probably not for you. Q30 is building on great leadership and there are bound to be setbacks along the way. That said, I am confident with the talent I have seen so far that we can hit challenges head on as a team.
