      Friendly and laid back work environment with a lovely waterfront view. Exceptional leadership team with a strong focus on promoting from within and onboarding new talent to align with their recent growth. Unique company culture that focuses on clarity, positive morale and employee development. Great organization for both recent college grads and experienced professionals.

      Pros

      The interview was very informative and productive. Shannon was a great interviewer and provided a clear picture of the position, company and potential next steps. The company, product and team are working to make a difference and Shannon was a great example of the friendly and professional culture.

      Pros

      Operating team is very strong and know what they are doing. The CEO is a great guy. They got rid of the other founder, which was a good move. The Q-Collar is a great product and it was fun to help market it.

      Cons

      Major Board interference with the Chairman. Forced them to hire his niece as well as an old buddy who lives in Europe. Not good, as neither are up to the task.
