Pros

None!! I got paid i guess!!

Cons

• Double standards are rampant. Salaried or longtime employees are allowed flexibility with hours, remote work, and breaks, while hourly employees are held to strict rules with no exceptions. • Favoritism is obvious. Internal relationships or tenure often determine who gets leniency and who doesn’t, creating an uneven and unprofessional culture. • Pay is low for highly detailed, repetitive, and mentally draining work. • Feedback is discouraged. Speaking up is often met with dismissiveness or condescending behavior from leadership. • PTO is extremely limited and not granted up front. It accrues slowly throughout the year, making it difficult to plan vacations, take time off for emergencies, or schedule extended breaks—especially as a newer employee. • All time off (sick days, appointments, personal needs, vacations) must be pulled from this small PTO pool, leaving very little flexibility. • No meaningful support for mental health or work-life balance. Personal struggles are met with policy enforcement, not compassion. • Unrealistic expectations at times. Employees have been expected to work during suboptimal or uncomfortable conditions, with few accommodations. • Overall culture is rigid and discouraging. Leadership lacks transparency and treats employee concerns as inconveniences rather than opportunities to improve.
