      Pros

      Good company to became a QA from 0. Good peoples in the offices. Interesting projects that can help grows up your tech skills.

      Cons

      Low salary. But again, you came here from another sphere, so its a good opportunity for start QA career. Bad management. U will work on few projects at the same time and have few additional tasks from POM. People is important? I'm not sure.

      None. The only downside - high expectations from your performance, although it’s pretty fair for them to ask!

      Pros

      Great people, supportive teammates, and a friendly work environment. I enjoy working on real projects where my contributions matter. There is a good balance between autonomy and support, and I learn a lot during my time with the company.

      Cons

      At times, project priorities shifted due to changing business needs, which could create some uncertainty around planning and timelines. Nothing unusual for a fast-paced environment, but it could be challenging occasionally.
