Pros
1. Fellow employees are nice and friendly 2. Free massage chairs and sleep relaxing room 3. We get food credit in the amount $50 every month 4. Clean and Nice looking modern building 5. Another big semi conductor company pays our rent LOL hehehe 6. We use big cloud company names silenty to spread the message but can't say it openly to sell our hardware 7. Healthcare package is good 8. Free coffee is good, once in a while free pizza is good, maybe once in a month of quarter, don't expect like other companies, these guys are cheap
Cons
1. Management sucks 2. HQ management sucks badly 3. Dictatorial type of attitude 4. Treat employees really bad, they will yell at you, insult you just like chinese communist regime 5. Communication is very bad, really bad, unprofessionals 6. None of the employee is happy, they will quit slowly. If you don't see my fellow co-worker that means he or she is in the interview getting ready to see yaa 7. Salary is not competitive at all, too low compared to bay area, don't expect any raise, any bonus, there is nothing 8. Boring company, lack of interest by the employees and dull management who don't know what they are doing, they want to quit the company. 9. Dull atmosphere, fake numbers, fake projections, everything here is fake fake fake that's all 10. Getting ready to quit, fellow co-workers are quitting too
