Pros

Mostly a great group of people to work with... well most of them. Great building. If you just graduated from college, might be a good first job. Leave after a year and you will find other companies that are run very differently, more practical, more advanced and with less turnover of employees.

Cons

I have never witnessed an organization with an open door policy where the employees were too scared to speak up for change. The management style is run by the book to the letter of how they see fit. Upward mobility is limited. If you read the rest of the reviews on this site toward the cons, it is very accurate. Don't be fooled, this is not an American management style company. Some of the positive posts were probably generated by internal upper management who seem to hold grudges when people make suggestions for improvements. The people holding the grudges probably have their hands tied and can't really make the necessary changes, probably frustrates the hell out of them. They don't seem happy. Common tools and practices used in other companies are not here. You will need to provide yourself with the standard office tools and supplies (Keyboard, mouse, possibly laptop, monitor, stationary etc). Mostly antiquated processes using excel spreadsheets. You are there for one thing, sales. Everything that would be beneficial ancillary tools to increase sales and communication are low on the priority list. This company is not a start up. It is not rapidly expanding. If it was, there would be less negative comments on this site. Truly though, it is not a start up. They like to think they are, but no.
