      You get to actually write code. They make an honest effort to get rid of tech debt and use up-to-date technologies whenever appropriate. Very flexible schedule.

      401k match could be better.

      Wonderful Team Amazing Work/Life Balance Fully Remote Small company where leadership listens to your opinions and suggestions Fantastic medical insurance

      Cons

      Might have to wear multiple hats but this is barely a con because it's allowed me the chance to grow my skills in unexpected ways

      Pros

      The people are great. Casual work environment. Flexible time schedule. Great benefits including 100% paid health insurance! Parking is free and near many restaurants.

      Cons

      There is a slightly steeper learning curve for getting up to speed with some of their apps. Some times quiet because everyone works including management.
