      Pros

      I enjoyed the friendly open atmosphere in the Cleveland office. I learned a lot and miss working there. The company kept everyone informed about its financial structure and concerns. We were notified well in advance of layoffs.

      This is an investment company, so the office was closed to meet its financial obligations.

      Small and nice team, friendly colleagues from junior to senior level, good team catch-up and activity routines

      Back then less deal flows so got more on sector research and portfolio company management sort of work
